Job Overview:

We’re looking for creative, people-loving individuals to join our team as Interior Design Sales Consultants . Use your design talent in-store and in clients’ homes, offering personalized solutions while building a rewarding sales career. ASID certification is not required but is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with furniture selection Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Stay current on design trends, product knowledge, and merchandising updates Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals Use company tools and technology to enhance client presentations and track sales

Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High character and professionalism Strong attention to detail and creativity in design Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn sales software Retail commission based sales and/or design experience is helpful—but we provide comprehensive paid training
