What You’ll Do:

As a Fence Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through the process of selecting the perfect fence for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating and qualifying sales leads through various channels (e.g., inbound inquiries, referrals, networking, self-generated leads). Conducting on-site consultations with prospective customers to understand their fencing requirements, preferences, and property specifications. Educating customers on various fencing materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, etc.), styles, benefits, and local zoning regulations. Accurately measuring properties and creating detailed, customized fence designs and quotes. Presenting proposals clearly and persuasively, addressing customer questions and concerns. Maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Collaborating closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or a related field. (Fence sales experience is a huge plus!) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their vision. Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus. Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
