Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
• Assist customers with technology sales, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Conduct retail math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Experience in technology sales is a plus
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Familiarity with retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management
