Key Responsibilities ofthe Sales Team Member Participate directly with potentialresidential customers in designated territories within Durham andsurrounding communities. Present and explain Frontier’s internet,TV, and voice services in a clear, compelling, and customer-focusedmanner. Engage in daily meetings and trainings, work with the teamand leaders to improve sales strategies, and share top tactics.

Contribute to the achievement of team sales goals and targets,understanding that individual effort directly impacts collectivesuccess. Conduct effective needs assessments to identify potentialcustomers’ requirements and recommend tailored Frontier solutions.

Process new customer sign-ups and service agreements accurately,ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
