Why Join Us? $3,000/month training salary during your first 90 days + bonus opportunities First-year earning potential of $51,000+ Structured, no-pressure environment focused on customer experience Career path with advancement opportunities — we promote from within Work with two high-performing stores and a shared leadership team Trusted dealership group with over 34 years serving Eastern NC What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to customers through the entire buying experience — from first contact to final paperwork Deliver vehicle walkarounds and feature demonstrations with confidence and professionalism Build relationships through calls, emails, and texts , and manage follow-ups using our CRM Act as your customer’s “Single Point of Contact” for a seamless, personalized experience Maintain a positive, team-oriented mindset and help drive our success Collaborate with managers and peers across both Ford and Chevrolet locations Uphold our dealership’s reputation for honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Professionalism, integrity, and a desire to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn — no automotive experience required A clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to work a flexible schedule , including Saturdays and some holidays Typical schedule: Monday-Saturday (with a weekday off and one weekend off per month)
