Compliance Team Member – Flow Honda of Winston-Salem 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Winston-Salem, NC 27127 Flow Honda of Winston-Salem is seeking organized candidates with a keen eye for detail to join our compliance team. Expectations will include but will not be limited to: Ensure customer information is correct on credit applications Load MVCP screens in CDK in a timely, efficient process Submit deals to Honda based on Road Map provided by management Print all paperwork for a customer(s) to sign Collect signatures on all paperwork and e-contracts Run CVR on every customer/every car Ensure all necessary documents are in folder Collect down payment from customer if applicable Ensure all folders are complete Scan all documents into Digital Deal Jacket (DDJ) Ensure all folders are turned in to Corporate within one business day Ensure all customer calls are answered in a timely manner and all questions/issues are resolved Complete any cancellations upon request from a customer Make any corrections within authoritative bounds Notify F&I when the correction warrants a manager’s authorization Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
