• Responsibilities:

• Sell a variety of products including herbs, and supplements
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide product information
• Demonstrate product features and memberhsip benefits to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in nutrition/fitness, herbs and supplements, is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs.
