Retail Sales Associate – Weekend Only | Hanes Mall 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 3320 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Stoneage Natural Rocks Inc., a premier metaphysical and spiritual lifestyle brand, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join its team as a Part-Time Weekend Sales Associate at the Hanes Mall location. Winston Salem, NC. The position offers a wage of $12 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the metaphysical world, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador for Stoneage, responsible for engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Stoneage products to effectively assist customers. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Uphold all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. A genuine interest in crystals, minerals, and metaphysical products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong sense of integrity.
