Sales Associates:
Create a genuine connection with our customers over your mutual love of pets!
Core Accountabilities and Results:
Work directly with customers assisting them with Pet Supplies (Dog/Cat Food, Dog/Cat Supplies, Pet Lover Gifts). Work on the register tendering out sales. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Build productive trust relationships with customers “Go the extra mile” for customers What you bring to the job: Must enjoy communicating with customers Have reliable Transportation Open availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Have a love for dogs/cats Be self-motivated, personable and trustworthy
