Job Description
New Home Sales Associate Grand Oak Homes 140 East Main Street, Youngsville, NC 27596 Grand Oak Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified in-house Sales Consultant. This employee will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand customer goals and challenges in the homebuying process Provide excellent customer service Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and email follow up Attend or host events Display a thorough knowledge of the company’s plan portfolio Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options Participate in weekly sales meetings Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
