If you’re attentive, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in a welcoming environment, we want you! Duties Perform opening duties, including food and coffee prep to start the day. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling practices while providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and well-presented. Requirements Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude with a focus on creating a positive experience. Attentive and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills. Reliable and able to work a 40-hour weekly schedule. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
