Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Packaging Operator to help package products into bulk bags. You’ll be labeling, sampling, weighing, and moving bags using equipment like forklifts and conveyors.

Rate:

 $16/hr + Benefits, PTO accrued & Holiday Pay

Schedule:

 Rotating Shifts (includes weekends & holidays)

Duration:

6 months, with possible extension

What You’ll Do:

Operate equipment to fill and seal bulk bags with product
Take product samples and apply correct labels
Check bag weights and ensure each one meets requirements
Watch the equipment to make sure it’s running properly
Clean your area and equipment as needed
Complete checklists and turn in paperwork
Move packaged products using a forklift
Help out in shipping when needed
Always follow safety and environmental rules

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts
Comfortable working on your feet and wearing PPE (like safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
Good attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Willing to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays
