What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll represent ACR on the road—delivering essential HVAC products to contractors, job sites, and store partners with professionalism and care. You’ll ensure timely deliveries while supporting our values of service and stewardship. It is expected that the Delivery Driver will work 40 hours per week in accordance with the standard company operating hours and procedures of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Based on business needs occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver HVAC parts and equipment to customer job sites and other ACR locations Load and unload delivery vehicles, verifying accuracy of each order Represent ACR with professionalism and customer service on every route Maintain delivery logs and follow route schedules consistently Inspect vehicles regularly and report maintenance needs promptly Support warehouse operations as needed between deliveries (picking, staging, organizing) Uphold safety standards and DOT regulations at all times How You’ll Make an Impact Keep HVAC contractors and techs on schedule by delivering what they need, when they need it Strengthen trust in ACR by showing up reliably and with excellent service Reduce downtime for families and businesses depending on functioning HVAC systems Support the flow of operations between stores and across the supply chain Be a dependable, customer-facing representative of ACR’s core values on the road

What You’ll Bring:

1 year customer service experience 1 year paid experience driving a 26ft straight truck Current and Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience No more than 1 moving traffic violation in the past 36 months 1 year experience working in a warehouse (preferred) 1 year experience inventory/ERP (preferred) 1 year experience in the HVAC industry (preferred) CDL License/certification (preferred) HazMat Endorsement (preferred) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technology Excellent organizing, planning, and prioritization skills Excellent time management Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong active listening and social perceptiveness Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Meet physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Working:

This position routinely works outdoors, at customer locations, and in a warehouse setting with outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely sits in a motor vehicle for extended amounts of time, occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, and filing cabinets. This role also uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and box cutters.
