What You’ll Do:

Guide customers through the Harley-Davidson buying experience, from initial inquiry to final sale. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect motorcycle. Provide expert product knowledge and showcase the unique features and benefits of our Harley-Davidson lineup. Conduct test rides and demonstrations to highlight the performance and handling of our motorcycles. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with our team to create a positive and engaging dealership environment. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of sales success (experience in automotive sales is a significant plus!). A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license. A motorcycle endorsement or the ability to obtain one is a major plus!
