Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and appraise items brought in for pawn or sale, such as electronics, jewelry, and other valuable items
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers
• Maintain accurate records of pawned items and transactions
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Clean, display, and price items for sale in the showroom
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing to ensure competitive offers
• Adhere to all legal requirements and regulations related to pawnbroking

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory management
• Experience in sales, particularly in electronics, technical, or jewelry sales is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of electronics, jewelry, and other valuable items is a plus
