General Summary:

A Store Display Associate will assistindividually and or in a team concept with all operations tasks asdelegated by the Store Display Lead to open new stores, renovateexisting stores, complete special projects, and assist the storeoperators when not in projects. Must travel to all project sites toensure accurate and proper completion. A successful person in thisrole is passionate about collaboration with several differentcross-functional teams. They must have the ability to adapt to adynamic retail environment. Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in multiple renovation, new store, relocation,expansion, and other types of projects. Must ensure that projectand store activities are completed to company standards in a timelymanner. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Merchandising and product placement Unloading merchandise fromdelivery truck, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandisefrom stockroom to store. Building and tearing down fixtures Setschematics, zone a grams and other merchandise templates. CleaningCustomer service Complete other tasks as assigned by theirsupervisor. Assist with all day-to-day store activities related tothe store project as directed by the Store Display Coordinator/LeadEnsure they are completing all required project tasks in a timelymanner in accordance with company standards. Ensure success ofdaily on-site operations by communicating with Store DisplayCoordinator/Lead and other team members as needed. Meet and exceedproject standards by partnering and collaborating with storeoperations and Store development management to achieveexpectations. Partner with and support other SDAs and Store DisplayCoordinator and Leads as the business needs dictates. Maintain asafe working environment at job sites. Implement new procedures,best practices, useful tools and efficiencies for all projects.

Follow all Company policies and procedures. Other duties asassigned.

Essential Functions Travel Requirements:

Ability totravel up to 100% of the time to specific project locations.

Overnight travel is required. Work projects typically run on 14consecutive day schedules. Associates should expect to work up to14 consecutive days for each project, unless state specific restperiods apply. Must be able to travel including driving and flying.

Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Must be able to work non-traditional hours.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to climb, walk and stand forextended periods of time.

Must beable to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagramor schedule form. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability todevelop relationships across all levels. Ability to manage personaland company expenses due to travel.

Equipment Requirements:

Must beable to operate small power tools.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.

Experience:

1-3years of related work experience, preferably within the retailindustry. Prefer full time or part time retail store managementexperience.

Technical:

Proficiency with MS Office softwareincluding Word, Outlook and Excel; Ability to learn newapplications
