In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment, helping clients choose the best tanning packages and products, and delivering exceptional service that keeps our customers coming back. Selling packages and products also earns you commission!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Educate customers on tanning options, products, and skin care best practices Sell tanning packages, memberships, and retail products to meet individual customer needs Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits Clean and sanitize tanning beds, equipment, and common areas regularly to ensure a spotless and hygienic salon Monitor supply levels and restock products as needed Handle transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures Follow all salon safety protocols and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience or a desire to learn sales techniques Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Previous experience in a salon, spa, or retail environment is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years old
