Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for sales.

Duties:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products and provide product knowledge
• Conduct sales transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Basic math skills for retail calculations
• Knowledge of electronic devices, wireless products, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
