Role:

We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our growing team! This blended role includes responsibilities as both a Sales Associate and Bartender, offering competitive pay averaging $18-$22 per hour (hourly base plus tips). Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and education on our tea and cannabis product offerings. Prepare and serve tea beverages, cannabis-infused drinks, and specialty mocktails. Educate customers about the benefits, usage, and care instructions for cannabis and wellness products. Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain store organization and cleanliness, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards. Contribute positively to team dynamics and actively participate in store events and community outreach. Occasional travel between locations or for community events may be required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, dispensary, or bartending roles required. Interest or prior knowledge of tea, cannabis, and wellness industries is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
