In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while handling transactions and assisting with sales. Your ability to engage with customers and manage sales handling responsibilities will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. Duties Operate computer point of sale system and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Assist in maintaining the sales floor by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean environment. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and upselling when appropriate. In a non-cash setting; you will need to be able to handle credit and debit transactions responsibly. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in operating cash registers. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management. Experience in supervising team members is beneficial but not required.
