Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management, ordering, and receiving products. Train and develop team members in customer service techniques, sales strategies, and operational procedures. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Operate cash register systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
