• Job Description:

• Tiny Life Homes is expanding and looking for a high energy, motivated Retail Sales Associate tojoin our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that everycustomer receives the best customer service. Our ideal candidates are results-driven with an Old-school work ethic. You should be able to work independently and autonomously, yetcourageous enough to ask questions and learn from others. Most importantly, you should havestrong sales stamina with a desire to make connections and enjoy building lasting relationships with others. Bottom line, you should possess the drive to work hard, sell park model homes,have fun, and make money!

• Responsibilities and Duties
• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling park model homes
• Be enthusiastic and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, andmanagement
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
• Stay on top of market trends, the park model industry, and current dealership inventory
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Maintain the appearance of the sales center which may include performing generalhousekeeping duties

• Qualifications and Skills:

• High school education or equivalent is required, college a plus
• 2+ years experience in sales; ideally RV, automotive, furniture, real estate, or mobilehomes
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great listening skills
• Strong computer skills including Gmail, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRMplatforms
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Compensation
• Your passion to generate sales will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earningspotential, commission driven pay plan. This is a high commission position and pay is based onhow well you do. A weekly draw will be provided against commissions to help you get started.
