Position Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, guiding customers through our product offerings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional service to everyone who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner Educate customers on various cannabis products, strains, methods of consumption, and effects Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Ensure accurate sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems Comply with all state and local cannabis regulations and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Restock shelves, track inventory, and assist with product displays Stay current on new products, industry trends, and compliance updates Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old with valid government-issued ID Previous retail or customer service experience (cannabis industry preferred) Strong knowledge of cannabis products, laws, and compliance standards (or willingness to learn) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
