While this full-time role will operate primarily out of our University location, you’ll rotate between our sister dispensary in South End. As a core part of our team, you’ll educate customers about our products, helping them make informed decisions while fostering a welcoming, positive, and professional environment. Your passion for hemp and cannabis, coupled with a background in retail and a knack for hitting sales targets, will drive sales and build lasting relationships within our community. Flexibility in your availability is must-have, as we operate seven days per week . Essential Duties Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to drive sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets through product recommendation Educate customers about Kanna CBD’s wide range of products (flower, edibles, vapes, pre-rolls and more) , including their benefits, uses and proper dosage Guide customers through their purchasing decisions, ensuring a personalized and positive experience Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty to Kanna CBD Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS (Korona) Ensure the dispensary remains clean, organized, and inviting Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company and product offerings, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and industry trends Collaborate with teammates to create a supportive work environment that encourages communication and teamwork Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of retail or sales experience required, along with knowledge of cannabis products Willingness and ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Ability to learn quickly about hemp and cannabis products A solid work ethic and a positive attitude while interacting with customers Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as Kanna is open 7 days per week from 10am to 10pm. Must be 18 years of age or older.
