AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

The e-commerce sales associate will be accountable for uploading products on our website. They will also help with fulfilling and shipping of all outgoing e-commerce orders for Clothes Mentor Charlotte.

Daily responsibilities will include:

To operate all E-Commerce procedures for online sales including photographing, listing, packaging, and shipping products. This includes all procedures for listing on Shopify Helping e-commerce manager respond to emails and phone calls from e-commerce customers regarding their orders Assisting with quality control of items as they are packed Being familiar with our website (including sales, promos, products, etc) and communicating any changes that need to be made to management. Posting items up for sale on our Shopify store Maintain positive working relationships with store team members and management. Help grow our e-commerce sales and strive to hit e-commerce sales goals. Help e-commerce manager post products on our social media websites. Will help continue to grow our social media accounts as directed.
