Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide training and orientation to new employees, fostering a positive work environment. Assist in recruiting efforts by identifying potential candidates and participating in the hiring process. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize store performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage daily cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their shopping experience. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and drive sales growth. Experience Previous experience in store management or retail management is preferred. Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles. Proficiency in math skills for effective inventory management and sales analysis. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a retail setting.
