Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Minimum Requirements 1.

Experience in Sales At least 2 years of commission-based sales experience (furniture or high-ticket items preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 2. Customer Service Skills Ability to engage, listen, and build long-term relationships with customers. Professional demeanor, warm approach, and the ability to handle objections smoothly. 3. Product Knowledge4. Availability5. Technology Proficiency Willingness to quickly learn product lines, financing options, and delivery logistics. Ability to explain materials, warranties, construction quality, and value comparisons. Full-time with open availability on weekends, holidays, and key sale periods. Digital invoicing, and using tablets or mobile tools to close deals. Social media savviness is a plus (for content or lead gen).

On time for all shifts and store meetings.

Consistently hit weekly targets (e.g., $17,000+ in sales).
