In-home Professional Sales Professional – 170,000 plus potential 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28269 Integrity HeatingCooling is looking for a goal-minded individual to meet and present our products to our customers. A typical day includes 2- 3 prescheduled meetings with customers who have equipment that is not operational or they have contacted us for equipment replacement options. Must have a great attitude, love dealing with clients and enjoy closing deals in a consultative environment. Comprehensive training will be given to set you up for success! No technical experience in HVAC required.
Pay Scale:
Draw + Commissions. Compensation $170,000+ per year potential

Required Qualifications:
2+ years consultative sales experience with proven closing skills Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to present using iPads, laptops etc. Valid driver’s license Willing to work after hours and some weekends Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented Professional appearancestrong communication skills Clean, insurable driving record
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years’ combined experience in retail and/or consultative sales Preference given to candidates with service industry sales experience Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Good writing skills Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
