Jewelry Sales Associate Solitaire Jewelry Pineville, NC 28134 Overview We are seeking a passionate Jewelry Associate to join our team at Solitaire Jewelry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment that enhances the shopping experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable advice on jewelry styles, materials, and care. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry items. Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing merchandise accordingly. Familiarity with precious metals and diamonds Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer inquiries effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail, particularly when it comes presentation of merchandise.
