As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their mobile phone needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and account changes. Demonstrate proficiency in setting up basic phone features and troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals. Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred). Prior customer service experience preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. We provide training; prior knowledge of basic phone setup is a plus.
