As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will work alongside with andsupport a Comparion Insurance Sales Agent in profitable growththrough new business sales and customer retention. Your ability tolisten and empathize are key in being the initial contact for ourcustomers. Success in this role will require building a stronglocal network and in-person relationship in the community. Responsibilities:

Utilize consultative sales techniques to prospectand initiate new business sales. Assists in the processing of newbusiness, including contacting customers to finalize sales andservice transactions. Identifies cross selling opportunities forSales Agent. Contributes to and executes a marketing plan with theSales Agent. Identifies mass marketing prospects through existingbook of business and community prospecting opportunities. Meetmonthly goals for new business sales. Completes follow-ups on newpolicies in order to keep retention level high and capitalizecross-selling opportunities. Coordinates activities with otherdepartments to ensure quality customer service Acts as initialcontact in addressing customer concerns regarding establishment ofpolicies and new account status. Unlicensed candidates will beenrolled in a new hire training class once they begin working forComparion. The training includes a licensing training program inwhich Comparion covers the cost of training materials and examfees.
