Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions and sales. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
