Customer Service Associate – Retail Isa Roe Boutique 868 Inspiration Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405 •Must be 18•Day Shift + WEEKENDS
AVAILABILITY A MUST
Weekend work is a MUST. Rotating schedule with the other girls on shift. Can be semi-flexible to schedule. We are looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service building brand awareness for our boutique. Candidates with strong communication skills, who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out, outgoing personalities are a MUST . You will help identify potential customer needs, greet customers, organize inventory, and present and answer questions about our products. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly provide customer service with a high level of attention to detail will make you successful in this role. You MUST be comfortable engaging in small-talk, orienting people within the store and conversing about inventory and styles/sizing. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to building the store’s customer base and overall brand. We are a located in Mayfaire Town Center and our targeted demographic is tween/teens or young ladies. Candidates must be comfortable working around kids, moms, and grandmas! The location is a small location which is dependent on foot traffic. Applicants MUST be comfortable working alone and opening/closing the store on their own. We are currently looking to hire Part Time only between 12-20 hours a week.
