An individual with a fitness background is preferred, but not required! Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining fitness studio standards, and driving sales. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about fitness, sales, and enjoy helping customers, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist customers with tours of the studio, highlighting all benefits, learning about the client, and how our fitness studio can be the right fit for them. Provide product information and recommendations to clients. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain fitness studio appearance and cleanliness, you must be attentive to details. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Uphold phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone. Heavy focus on warm outreach as part of your day to day, must be comfortable calling leads over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall culture of facility, must be a peoples person and consider yourself empathetic. Must be comfortable being on social media, and helping create promotional graphics using platforms such as Canva for studio marketing. Requirements Previous experience in fitness/retail sales or customer service is preferred. Proficiency and experience with POS systems and outreach. Must be comfortable in high pace environment, giving tours, selling in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings until 8PM and weekends 9AM-4PM as required.

Additional Compensation:

$14 hourly + uncapped commission. Commission pay outs on a scaled system based on sales in retail and memberships. Make anywhere between $100-$1000 more a month based on your level of effort. Join our team, we have a lot of fun and you will learn a lot!!
