Painting Crew Member White And Sons Painting Wilmington, NC 28405 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality painting services for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. This position involves various tasks related to painting, restoration, and renovation, ensuring that all projects meet our standards of excellence. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Restore and renovate existing structures through skilled painting techniques. Collaborate with team members on commercial and residential painting projects. Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Assist in drywall installation and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential painting is preferred. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Skills in maintenance person tasks such as drywall repair and basic renovations are a plus.
