The right person for this position will be diligent, precise, and sociable. They will be working closely with customers and sales staff to help locate the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATV’s, Side-by-Sides, and personal watercraft’s. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. Main Responsibilities:

Assisting customers in person or via phone in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner Help with questions pertaining to fitment, application, modification, and selection of motorcycle parts and accessories Regularly solicits sale of feature, cross-sell, and up-sell products to customers Maintains and updates technical knowledge of the latest parts, service updates, and accessories Complete any follow-up as necessary to ensure a complete and accurate customer service experience Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole

Required Qualifications:

Computer Literate Customer service and communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year parts experience
