You are in control! Archers Appliance & TV Repair is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience by assisting customers, managing inventory, and driving sales through upselling techniques. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience. Assist customers in purchasing Appliances and provide information on promotions and sales. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
