We are looking for a Part Time Seasonal Sales Associate at our Julie’s Wilmington location who loves having fun, meeting new people, and helping our customers create their individual look.

Candidate MUST:

• be available during the November & December holiday season
• be customer service driven, as well as sales driven
• have excellent multi-tasking skills and organizational skills
• have a strong, outgoing personality and make each and every customer feel welcomed
• have a strong fashion sense that is displayed through personal dress and styling of customers
• be available to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Responding to customer needs and providing excellent customer service
• Motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Initiating changes to improve the sales of the boutique
• Organizing special store events, promotions, sales, etc.
• Creating attractive displays and dressing mannequins
