With this being a relief position, the ideal candidate would be someone with flexibility to cover when needed.•This is not a fixed schedule position•If you are getting out of the military soon or already have your DD214 and do not require a fixed schedule, we encourage you to apply. Candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for our gym members while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about fitness and enjoys engaging with people. Responsibilities Greet gym members and guests, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment, facilities, and locker rooms. Assist with stocking merchandise and supplies in the retail area. Promote gym services and products. Operate the computer system accurately for membership sales, merchandise purchases, and other transactions. Communicate effectively with members to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues. Supervise gym activities to ensure safety protocols are followed. Assist in organizing fitness classes or events as needed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining an organized display. Must work well with others in a team environment. A passion for fitness and wellness is highly desirable.
