Kiosk Sales Associate – Full Time – Jacksonville Mall 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 375 Western Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28546 We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Kiosk Sales Associate to manage the daily operations of our mall kiosk located in Jacksonville Mall, NC. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working independently for full shifts (open to close) and is looking for a seasonal position with full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily opening procedures for the kiosk, including setup and cash drawer preparation. Perform daily closing procedures, including cash handling reconciliation, securing inventory, and closing the kiosk. Greet customers warmly and assist them with product information and purchases. Accurately handle customer transactions, including cash payments and credit card processing using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain appropriate inventory levels by restocking merchandise as needed throughout the day. Keep the kiosk area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure kiosk security and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic. Punctuality is essential. Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts. Must be able to commit to the position for a minimum of 3 months. Previous retail, sales, or cashier experience is preferred, but not required. Comfortable and accurate with cash handling and credit card transactions. Ability to work independently for extended periods. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively. Basic math skills required. Good communication skills. Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Schedule:

This is a seasonal position requiring full-time availability during the employment period. Must be able to work full shifts from open to close according to mall operating hours. Partial shifts are not available for this role. Requires the ability to work alone for the entire shift. Schedule will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and mall hours during the season.

Compensation:

$11.00 per hour
