The ideal candidate will have prior experience in flooring or home improvement sales and a passion for helping customers find the right products for their needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and guide them through flooring options Provide product knowledge and design recommendations Schedule and coordinate in-home flooring measurements Follow up on leads, quotes, and pending sales Maintain a clean and organized showroom Input customer data and sales information accurately into our system Requirements Positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer service orientation Prior retail sales experience highly preferred; flooring or home improvement experience a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with basic computer systems and POS software Compensation Hourly pay
