Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in automotive sales or looking to launch a new career, we provide the training, structure, and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget Conduct test drives and present vehicle features clearly and confidently Guide customers through financing options and the sales process Follow up with leads and past customers to build lasting relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:
