In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in various store operations, including sales, stocking, henna tattoos, hair wraps and hair tinsel , while collaborating with team members to achieve store goals. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor by replenishing merchandise as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process and effective communication. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and product displays. Hermit crab care Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts. Henna tattoos Hair wraps Hair tinsel Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is beneficial. Ability to engage customers positively and provide exceptional service consistently.
