Sales Front Desk Coordinator At Salon Blue, we’re passionate about beauty, style, and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We’re currently looking for a Sales Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our clients see and a key player in keeping the salon running smoothly. Position Overview The Sales Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and promoting salon products and services. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive sales through client engagement and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Greet all clients with warmth and professionalism Schedule and manage appointments using salon booking software Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and confirm bookings Manage client check-in and check-out processes Recommend and upsell retail products, treatments, and services Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Handle transactions, balance the register, and track daily sales Communicate effectively with stylists and management regarding client needs Assist with inventory management and product displays Support social media efforts and in-salon promotions when needed What We’re Looking For Prior experience in a customer-facing or front desk role (salon/spa experience a plus) Strong sales and communication skills Tech-savvy and familiar with booking software (like Vagaro, MindBody, or similar) Detail-oriented and organized Professional appearance and demeanor Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Passionate about beauty, fashion, and helping people feel their best
