As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Greenville team.

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will be the face of Coastal Linings, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions from our range of products and services. This individual will support daily sales operations, contribute to a positive customer experience, and play a key role in helping the company meet its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers about our products and services (spray-on bedliners, protective coatings, vehicle accessories, etc.) Prepare quotes, process sales, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and service status updates Assist in showroom presentation and promotional displays Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate job scheduling and customer satisfaction Attend local events, trade shows, or other networking opportunities as needed Meet or exceed sales targets and

KPIs Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in retail sales, automotive, or customer service is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Ability to work flexible hours, including some
