From greeting guests with a smile to enforcing facility rules and regulations, your job is to ensure that every visit is a safe and enjoyable.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Essential FunctionsGreets the public and answers questions in a friendly mannerResponds to inquiries from employees, customers and guest, or refers them to appropriate staff for further assistanceAssists in completion of paperwork such as accident/incident reports, daily activity reports, etc.
Assists public with information on how to reserve the Splash Pad and/or picnic pavilion for private eventsCooperatively works with other staff to ensure a professional and enjoyable work environmentPerform daily cleaning/organization dutiesRestock restrooms and snack areaCompletes routine inventory of supplies and snack itemsProcesses payments for snack and drink itemsAdministers first aid to visitors, guests and other staffNotify Maintenance of significant problems with equipmentAdditional duties as assigned or requestedImportant FunctionsHelps prevent accidents and allows for enjoyment of the facility by all patrons through the fair and consistent enforcement of policies, rules and regulations governing the Splash Pad ParkProvides high quality customer service by being friendly, tactful, courteous, maintains an alert and professional posture at all times (dress and hygiene)
