Customer service experience, Retail sales experience, Point of Sale experience, and opening closing experience is necessary. $14.00 per hour plus a commission of 2.0% of personal sales minus returns. •In addition to the commission, all associates are also paid the published bounty for each item they sell that is on the active Hit List. $$$ United Healthcare Medical, dental and vision insurance offered after 90 days 1 week of vacation after a year, 2 weeks after 3 years Sick pay up to 5 days per year 4 paid holidays a year
