Tasting Room, Wine Associate Hidden Vineyard 125 Hidden Vines Lane, Dobson, NC 27017 We are looking for a tasting room wine associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a person who loves what they do and has an outgoing personality. Being able to multitask, engage with customers and be an ambassador of our brand. There will be a large emphasis on gracious hospitality and how to pour and describe our various wine types. This position will work various shifts on weekends when we are the busiest. We are located in the heart of North Carolina wine country (the Yadkin Valley). We are open Thursday-Sunday. In addition to our normal work hours, there will be opportunities to support special events as they are scheduled. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the tasting room, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures. Stock and organize wine displays, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible. Conduct product demonstrations and tastings, engaging customers and promoting sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting area while adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve sales targets.
