Your Day-to-Day Impact:

Engage with leads, schedule Intro Classes , and guide prospects through their first Club Pilates experience. Conduct energetic studio tours that showcase our beautiful space and top-tier Pilates equipment. Convert prospects into passionate, loyal members through connection and personalized solutions. Consistently hit (and crush!) monthly membership and revenue goals. Represent Club Pilates Waxhaw at local events and community pop-ups to grow awareness. Manage and follow up with leads using Club Ready or similar CRM systems. Collaborate with the team to maintain a warm, organized, and welcoming studio atmosphere. What You Bring to the

Top-notch communication and customer service skills that make people feel instantly at ease. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. A goal-driven mindset —you thrive when meeting and exceeding targets. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness is a plus (but not required). Tech-savviness and a willingness to quickly learn systems like Club Ready . Flexibility to work evenings and weekends —especially weekends!
