Job Description
Technician Team Lead Confidential Indian Trail, NC 28079 Responsibilities Oversee Maintenance Repair and Overhaul work conducted under 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop. Demonstrate operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Drive a continuous improvement culture through lean principles. Oversee and provide leadership to technicians daily. Coach, develop and engage teams to create seamless operations to maximize productivity. Manages capacity and output to hit daily goals. Drive a proactive quality mindset aligned with the repair station manual. Collaborate with Sr. Techs to ensure team members are trained to complete repairs per applicable technical data. Collaborate with all other functions to ensure a positive work environment focused on the goal of customer satisfaction. May be required to perform additional duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop. Good analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. Able to communicate and make presentations to employees and peers. Ability to build a successful team that collaborates to achieve goals. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and lead. Experience building effective teams. Must be a U.S. Citizen or green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years prior aerospace industry experience Certifications or demonstrated abilities of continuous improvement. Experience with 14 CFR 145, EASA 145 repair shop
